Ecommerce/Amazon Supply Chain Specialist

Multiplymii is in search of an eCommerce Supply Chain Specialist who will be working with our client based in Germany. Our client is a dynamic, high-growth company that values its employees' passion for excellence! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations within the company, as well as leading the communication with suppliers from Europe & Asia. Additionally, you will work closely with the companies’ managers of Amazon Marketplace & online shop, since these two platforms are their main sales channels.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure efficient and timely movement of products across the supply chain network
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, avoiding stock outs or excess inventory situations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
• Work closely with Amazon & Online Shop Managers to plan ahead on sales events, product launches and planned marketing ads
• Analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance
• Advice on and implement appropriate software/systems to automate all repeatable business tasks where possible
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast demand accurately
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management, and leverage this knowledge to drive improvements and maintain a competitive advantage.

About You

Core qualifications:

• Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets formulas
• Familiarity with VentoryOne or a similar Amazon/eCommerce Enterprise Resource Planning System
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, logistic companies and other stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, ClickUp etc
• At Least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools, as well as data analysis and visualization tools
• Can work independently and in a cross functional team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
