What Are We Looking For

We are in search of an Amazon Assistant who will be working with our client based in Italy. Our client is the new digital project born to identify and build the entrepreneurial successes of the future: it discovers, acquires, improves, and internationalizes direct-to-consumer brands, transforming them into global players with a strong commercial impact. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the brands' Amazon listings in good shape and assisting the team with Seller Central Account issues.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to work independently while using guidelines and SOPs.
• Follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks to meet required level of accuracy and productivity.
• Ability to make logical decisions while auditing tasks and dealing with ambiguity.
• Troubleshoot together with the Amazon Support issues concerning the catalog.
• Must be flexible to meet business requirements.
• Review authoritative sources to validate catalog data when needed;
• Thoroughly check product details to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data and information in the product detail pages.

About You

Core qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in online retail operations or similar fields.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Ability to prioritize.
• Good data analysis skills and great attention to detail;

Advantageous

• Being able to speak in the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German or French are a plus.
