Ws Consultant (Amazon Connect)

LabrilTech is currently recruiting for multiple AWS Consultants (Amazon Connect) on a Contract basis. This role can be based remotely from anywhere in the US.

Summary

We are seeking a Consultant to join our team and provide guidance in leveraging the AWS ecosystem to optimize and enhance Amazon Connect solutions. As an Amazon Connect Consultant, you will collaborate with our clients to understand their contact center requirements, design scalable and efficient solutions, and implement best practices to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving successful deployments, providing technical expertise, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and contact center needs.

Design, architect, and implement Amazon Connect solutions within the AWS ecosystem.

Configure and customize Amazon Connect functionalities, including call flows, queues, routing, and integrations with other AWS services.

Develop and optimize AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Amazon Connect best practices and industry standards.

Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization for Amazon Connect deployments.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Create and deliver comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and training materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS and Amazon Connect features, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

2-3+ years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Experience with a wide breadth of AWS services, including some of the following:Development (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions), Storage (S3, Glacier), Database (RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift), AI/ML (Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend), Analytics (Athena, Kinesis, Glue, QuickSight), Messaging (Pinpoint, Simple Notification Services), Security (IAM, Directory Service), and Management (CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail).

Experience with AWS networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Familiarity with AWS SDKs, APIs, and CLI.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, are highly desirable.

Understanding of Amazon Connect or related telecom architecture, call flows, routing, and integration capabilities are preferred but not required.
