Documents And Content Product Manager

In this role you will be responsible for the roadmap, definition, and delivery of web and iOS features which enable military, helicopter, and business aviation operators to author, distribute, and manage geospatial data, documents, and flight records. You will be interfacing regularly with a diverse group of cross-functional partners including Design, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, with a focus on solving real customer problems. This role requires strong communications and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, a curious nature, and a fundamental desire to help.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive product success
• Develop and maintain product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and prioritized
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to identify needs and trends
• Manage complex projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features
• Communicate product plans and roadmaps to stakeholders
• Develop and executes a product roadmap aligned with company strategy

members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure

deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.

• Ensure products are launched successfully and meet customer expectations
• Manage and execute analytical and research activities supporting ForeFlight's strategic,

short-term, and long-range goal planning function.

• Oversee data collection and conducts organizational reviews to identify the business's

strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness.

• Lead the research of emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and

the viability of outside business partners.

• Design and execute methods to track and measure organizational performance data to use

for planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Business, Computer Science, IT, or other

relevant field

• Experience in enterprise management; aviation experience and/or FAA pilot’s certificate

strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and experience leading cross-functional teams
• US military veteran preference
• Experience with product development tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
