Job Description

Primary responsibility would be to develop and manage partnerships with healthcare organizations and providers, such as hospitals, clinics, physician groups, and other healthcare-related entities. Your role would involve identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing ongoing relationships with partner organizations.


Key responsibilities would include:

  1. Developing and executing a strategic plan for building and maintaining partnerships with healthcare organizations and providers.
  2. Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate contracts with partner organizations.
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  5. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Managing ongoing relationships with partner organizations, including tracking key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  7. Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote partnerships and drive engagement with partner organizations.
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare partnerships, and sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams.


To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  3. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including healthcare delivery models, payment systems, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  7. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
  8. A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving goals and driving business growth.
