Director Sales Leadership And Development

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 coaching to field sales leadership as needed (i.e. Presidents, RVP’s, etc.)
• Implement a plan to drive a culture passionate about agent engagement, productivity and improving revenue.
• Develop content and lead presentations at national sales rallies in all markets to generate engagement, build confidence and the “know-how” to get results.

Collaborator

• Build and champion relationships with Coldwell Banker’s owned offices.
• Develop productive working relationships with the instructional design team
• Facilitation of leadership development programs for field leadership mastery.

Sales Advisor

• Identify priority markets for customized Leadership engagement and coaching.
• Coach on the delivery of national mentorship program to multiple constituents as needed.

Qualifications:

• Communication: Confirmed capability of implementing energetic and dynamic presentations both in person and virtually. Demonstrated ability to empower and influence.
• Other: Self-starter (shown capability to build organizational change); Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and work in a hybrid environment; Strong proficiency in Office 365
• Project Management: Strong organization, administrative and time management skills
• Experience: Minimum 7 years residential real estate sales experience, management experience preferred
