As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Franchise Sales West to lead our expansion efforts and drive franchise sales across the region.
Position Overview:
As the Director of Franchise Sales West, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to promote and sell franchise opportunities within the West region. Your primary objective will be to identify and secure qualified franchise partners who align with our brand values, have the necessary resources, and are passionate about delivering an outstanding coffee experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve franchise development goals across the West region.
- Identify potential franchise markets and territories, conducting market research, and analyzing competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Lead the entire franchise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing franchise agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and finance, to ensure a seamless transition for new franchise partners.
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees during the pre-opening phase, offering assistance with site selection, store design, and operational setup.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective franchise partners, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of our brand.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and report progress.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully selling franchise opportunities, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of franchise sales processes, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential franchisees.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- High level of business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze financial statements and assess the financial viability of potential franchisees.
- Ability to travel within the West region as needed
