Job Description

One of our clients, an established company in the healthcare industry, has a Regional Director of Operations role open in the DMV area. This is a hybrid role that covers outpatient facilities in the DMV area.


Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, effectively collaborating with other senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance in strategic acquisition decisions
  • Manage operations of multiple outpatient facilities with >$50million P&L


Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, or experience in the military in healthcare-related areas
  • Full Covid vaccination or exemption is required
  • Prior senior level leadership experience (senior military leadership experience welcome)
  • BA/BS degree; MBA / Master's degree preferred
  • Team player; excellent communicator
  • Experience leading departments or business units in a matrixed organization


Other

  • Compensation is base + bonus, 170-200k
  • This is a hybrid role with some local/regional and some nationwide travel
