Director Of Finance And Accounting

We've partnered with a PE backed business in the exterior services industry looking to onboard a strong Finance & Accounting professional to assist the organization in scaling financial operations as the company intends to adopt an "acquire and grow" business model. This is the opportunity to join a company that is operating within the mandate to grow to be a multi-billion dollar company within the next five years. You will have the opportunity to take direct ownership in building and scaling a team, implementing processes and controls, and working hand and hand with senior executives to drive business performance and growth.

Role Functions Overview

• Integration of newly acquired businesses from a finance and accounting standpoint, as well as instillation of repeatable processes targeting the standing up of multiple acquired businesses over the coming years
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with the following, but not limited to: Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, corporate development team, and operational team
• Creation and maintenance of a financial planning, reporting, and analysis process
• Development and implementation of corporate KPIs in collaboration with operational team
• Monthly budgeting and cash flow forecasting at the segment-level and on a consolidated basis, prepared in accordance with GAAP
• Ownership in developing a scalable finance and accounting infrastructure, systems, and processes

What you’ll bring

• Experience of building and scaling a full finance and accounting function is highly desirable
• 10+ years of combined experience in public accounting and industry
• Previous experience of managing accounting and fp&a teams
• CPA Required
• Experience of incorporating acquired businesses to stand-up within existing structure
