Role Overview

As the VP of Finance, you will play a crucial role as a leadership team member, reporting directly to the CEO. Your primary objective will be to deliver financial insights and discipline across the organization, enabling strategic decision-making and driving positive outcomes. You will work closely with the CEO and Executive Chairman to manage bank relationships, existing shareholders, and future capital raising processes. Responsibilities

Manage Our Liquidity & Deliver Financial Controls

Take ownership of all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes, including budget creation, maintenance, and financial modeling.

Lead accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and tax preparation.

Oversee all capital initiatives and provide ROI analysis for strategic projects.

Understand How We Generate Revenue & Incur Costs

Act as the trusted financial analyst, generating analysis that is easily understood by business unit leaders and managers.

Provide tactical and strategic support to every functional organization, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.

Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, enabling the Leadership Team and Board to make sound decisions.

Lead evaluation, diligence, and integration of potential acquisition opportunities.

Manage Capital-Raising Process

Manage current banking relationships and establish new ones to support the company's growth.

Actively support all equity capital-related processes, investor relations strategies, and maintain an active Data Room.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant roles with financial accountability and progressive leadership responsibility.

Strong experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

Previous experience in capital raising, either as an investor or on the company side.

Your Technical Skills

Mastery of financial modeling and data analysis in Excel.

Excellent analytical skills, including ROI analysis, margin analysis, and capital allocation frameworks.
