Our reputable client is seeking a VP of Finance to join the company. The VP of Finance must have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills in order to be a part of the management team. Are you are an experienced VP/Director of Finance looking for a challenging role at an established company? Then this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities

• Suggest benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
• Prepare financial analysis for product investment decisions and contract negotiations
• Evaluate and sustain forecasting and budgeting models
• Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department
• Aid in developing department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures- Supervise all financial reporting preparation
• Develop and monitor an organizational structure in order to accomplish department goals and objectives
• Develop five-year business plans with department managers
• Perform analysis on operating results, comparing against budget
• Prepare financial outlooks and forecasts
• Own financial planning and budget management functions
• Adhere to local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
• Supervise risk and insurance management

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience
• Degree in accounting or finance
• Long term budgeting and forecasting
• Experience leading and improving audit
• Sharp presentation and communication
• Multi site environment, hospitality/restaurants
