Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing fashion brand who are looking for a Director of Customer Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that drives D2C customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maximizing ROI. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the executive team on a frequent basis across product, design, operations, sales, and customer success.
The brand is looking for an experienced marketing leader who knows how to leverage Brand and Performance Marketing to drive sustainable business growth.

Director of Customer Acquisition - Responsibilities:
- Present campaign pitches, performance recaps and learnings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Tech, and other functional departments to drive brand awareness while hitting performance metrics and delivering on shared objectives across all channels.
- Drive strategy and execution for all paid media channels including (but not limited to) social, search, display, audio, affiliate, direct mail, and TV.
- Support the ecommerce businesses and drive brand growth through digital marketing.
- Manage the new customer marketing budget, optimizing spend allocation across partner agencies and media channels to meet performance and financial targets.
- Partner with analytics, brand, creative and merchandising teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support key business objectives and growth goals.
- Measure, test and optimize campaign performance, leveraging first-party and third-party data to identify opportunities within the current business and new opportunities for growth.
- Forecast weekly/monthly performance KPIs and budgets including demand and customer growth.
- Manage approach to budget, performance forecasting and channel-level planning.
- Build, manage, and develop the customer acquisition team.
Director of Customer Acquisition - Required Skills/Experience:
- Expertise in managing all performance marketing channels.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Experience of managing a Media budget of $15M - $20M
- Must have experience owning social media strategy and content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Experience working within a scale up DTC Ecommerce business.
