Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Ambulatory Leader to Join:

UT Southwestern Medical Center Frisco

Coors Leadership Capital has been retained by our client UT Southwestern to identify an exceptional candidate to assume the role of Regional Director of Ambulatory Operations, at UT Southwestern Multispecialty outpatient facility housing 18 specialty clinics, which is adjacent to Texas Health Frisco Hospital. The 20 -acre Frisco campus opened in 2019 and is located at the Northeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Eldorado Parkway.

The Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Medical Clinic ensuring that clinical quality, patient satisfaction, cost effectiveness, physician satisfaction, and financial vitality are optimized. The Director will be accountable for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated clinical programs; ensure integration with the nationally ranked Health System’s strategic plan in a competitive healthcare market.

The ideal candidate must possess the knowledge and excellent communication skills to work with various departments, clinical, administrative staff, and physicians to support integration for a highly successful operation. The Director will take the lead in standardizing, creating, and sustaining a collaborative culture of team, trust, accountability, and transparency.

The Regional Director for the Clinic will report to the Associate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ambulatory Services, Toni Eby, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC.

Required Experience and Education

• Experience in an academic medical setting is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree and additional years of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of stated degree requirements.
• Current RN Licensure in Texas. (Preferred not required)
• Experience in an academic medical setting is preferred.
• Seven (7) or more years of health care management experience, at least four (4) years at the manager level or above in ambulatory practice management.
• FACHE and or CMPE/FACMPE preferred.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of healthcare administration, fiscal management, and reimbursement regulations.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related discipline.
