About the Opportunity The Director of Change Management will provide change management expertise and leadership for Driscoll’s most significant world-wide initiative known as the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) program. The EBA program is a multi-year, world-wide initiative to fully digitize the critical business processes of the company. The current focus of the EBA initiative is the global design and implementation of the world-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform beginning with the company’s corporate and North American operations, followed by Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. The Director will work closely with business leaders and project teams around the world to develop a robust change management framework and activities.
Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across business units, functions and initiative leaders to prioritize including stakeholder engagement/management, communications, training, and organizational transitions
• Recruit, onboard, and coach staff to ensure robust learning and career development consistent with the Company’s values and rapidly globalizing profile
• Develop and deploy change management activities within an overall change management framework by assessing and diagnosing needs, executing plans and measuring progress
• Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large
• Domestic and international travel required up to 40%
• Direct the efficient and effective resolution of complex or unusual business issues applying rigorous analytical thought and judgment to create a culture of continuous improvement related to people, processes and platforms
• Operate at the strategic (directing/managing the work) and tactical (doing the work) levels across multiple functions (e.g., finance, operations, sales & marketing) and geographies (Mexico, LATAM, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and China)

Candidate Profile
Requirements

• Expertise in communications, instructional design, organizational development, and/or other change management area
• Bachelor’s degree and professional certification in change management
• Strong communication skills, including developing content and presenting to diverse audiences (Board of Directors, Executives, project stakeholders, etc.)
• 10+ years of progressive change management experience, including experience on a large cross functional, multi-national technology implementation program
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in organizational development preferred

Compensation & Benefits
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary Range estimated for the Director of Change Management: $135,700 to $200,000 USD.
