Director Of Change Management

Overview:

Our client is looking for a Director of Change Management to lead and oversee the process of implementing significant changes within the organization. Must be within commute distance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential obstacles and resistance to change and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives and making adjustments as necessary.
• Developing training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the changes.
• Developing and implementing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of change initiatives.
• Providing leadership and guidance to employees during periods of change and uncertainty.
• Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of changes in the organization.
• Leading and managing a team of change management professionals to ensure the smooth execution of change initiatives.
• Deep understanding of change management principles and practices and excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Working with senior leadership to align change initiatives with the organization's overall strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Ten years of experience in a change management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
• PROSCI certified

Pay Transparency: This role pays an annual salary of $185,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
