Key Qualifications

7+ years of organizational change management experience, business transformation or initiative management across a global company
Proven experience delivering on cross-functional People/HR strategies, processes & technology
Excellent written and verbal communications with all level leaders
Ability to lead, take action and provide direction in the face of ambiguity
Strong processing, analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Experience working across diverse business units and geographical boundaries
Comfort expressing a point of view and influencing change
Knowledge of Apple's core products, operating systems, as well as current trends in People strategies, processes & technology
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Domestic and international travel may be required

Description

The Change Lead is responsible for mobilizing commitment through their ability to drive clear strategies and robust timelines. We seek a candidate with deep expertise in change methodology and strategy, as well as exceptional execution and partnership management. The Change Lead will engage Apple’s internal customers to validate, iterate and scale solutions to meet project and stakeholder objectives. Apple People team uses an agile approach to deliver transformation in a multi-dimensional and fast-paced environment. Flexibility and resourcefulness are key attributes needed for success.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,500 and $237,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
