Job Description

Now hiring a Director of Brewery Operations for direct-hire!


Trillium has an immediate opening for a Director of Brewery Operations in Canal Winchester, OH!


This Direct-Hire opportunity is looking for candidates with an extensive background in beer and brewing. If you seek to join a very established multinational brewery and pub chain, we want to hear from you today!


Job duties:

- Oversee brewing infrastructure

- Ensure beer production consistently meets quality standards

- Accountable for development and execution of all brewery, warehousing, and delivery/transportation activities

- Coaching and development of operations staff

- Managing 4 direct reports and 50 indirect reports


Relocation may be available for those that qualify!


The salary range is $90,000 - 150,000 depending on experience. Eligibility for annual bonus and an employee stock program!

Qualifications

- Beer and brewing background is strongly preferred, or extensive related experience

- Master Cicerone certification preferred
