Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, the Director of Medina Operations will be located at the company’s manufacturing facility in Medina, OH. The Director of Medina Operations is responsible for the management and coordination of production to meet production schedules, safety, quality, and cost objectives through direction of the production supervisors and plans and administers procedures and production and quality control standards. This position will partner closely with Human Resources and all other department management in order to continue a focus on culture optimization. This position is an excellent opportunity for a results driven and people-oriented leader.
