We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our healthcare operations at our new facility in Dayton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with a strong background in healthcare administration, clinical oversight, and team management. As the Clinical and Medical Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and fostering growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the clinical and medical operations at the new facility to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with clinical staff, medical professionals, and support teams to provide resources and tools that enhance client care and safety.
Assist in the creation and implementation of employee training programs to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
Develop and maintain schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels to meet patient needs and operational demands.
Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical and medical teams, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Monitor and assess facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Oversee facility projects and updates to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Maintain effective communication with leadership, other facilities, and interdepartmental teams.
Contribute to the strategic planning and growth initiatives of the facility, working towards expansion and enhanced service offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (X+ years) in healthcare operations management, clinical oversight, or a related role.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
