Snapshot of Daily Duties
- Proactively communicate all policies and/or workflows to physicians, management, and staff.
- Coordinate provider recruitment and onboarding
- Organize and leverage data in decision-making and communication with stakeholders.
- Immerse yourself in the daily operations of the business and its ancillary services
- Actively seek new ways to streamline DG processes and procedures.
- Establish a consistent on-site presence at each DG operating location.
- Provide daily supervision, oversight, direction, and monitoring of all direct reports.
- Support Regional Vice President in budgetary development and adherence with a focus on cost-containment
- Develop, pilot, implement and evaluate new processes, procedures, and methodologies for usefulness and practicality as they relate to operational workflows, personnel, equipment, space, and revenue cycle requirements throughout DG.
- Establish and document internal policies and procedures creating a scalable operational environment fostering execution.
- Build relationships with physicians, APPs, and non-physician staff.
The Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
• Five (5) years of operational management or equivalent required, healthcare management experience preferred.
