Director Of Operations Jobs

We are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Operations with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the transportation, aerospace, and medical device markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is located around Conneaut, OH.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively leads CAPEX/Project Management initiatives.
• Modify and integrate existing machinery, systems and process improvement to improve quality, increase throughput, decrease costs, and strengthen safety measures.
• Partners with Quality and Production team to simplify, reduce, inline, and automate in-process inspection
• Equipment/Facility Capacity Expansion Planning.
• Overviews and coordinates the manufacturing processes/modifications/upgrades.
• Develop new manufacturing processes to support existing products and new product launches
• Overviews and coordinates the automation processes/modifications/upgrades.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Bachelors degree

* 5+ years experience as an Operations Director, Plant Manager and/or similar role

* Demonstrated success in developing and executing manufacturing strategies

* Previous P&L experience

* Multi-plant responsibility

* Change agent

* Strong safety mindset
