Personiv is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Communications professional to join our award-winning marketing team as a strategic leader in a growth-oriented business. Personiv provides outsourced finance and accounting solutions to major corporations throughout the U.S. and has been growing rapidly over the last 7+ years.
As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will develop brand, content and marketing strategies, while leading an existing team in continued successful execution. Building on an already-proven team and strategy, this person will have the opportunity to join a successful group with high potential.
Primary Responsibilities
This important position reports to our VP of Client Services and is responsible for all marcom initiatives to help drive the success of our international business, managing a team of two. This role will be responsible for planning, developing and driving the execution of marketing communication initiatives that will continue exponential growth:
- Present marketing and communications plans and share top KPIs and results with upper leadership at regular intervals.
- Drive leads with email marketing campaigns, advertising, events, content and branding initiatives with the goal of closing new business.
- Serve as the marketing leader to ensure communication and synergy with in-house sales for the Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) division.
- Maintain vendor relationships for smooth marketing execution in all aspects of the department including technology and services.
- Manage internal communications globally to ensure brand alignment, company culture and reputation management across international sites.
- Manage annual marketing budget for optimized spend with direct decision-making capabilities across the marketing function.
- Identify, develop, manage and execute various advertising initiatives to meet our objectives, develop our brand and improve lead generation.
- Work as a liaison with Personiv’s parent company, eClerx to ensure cross-functional marketing success in various divisions.
- Create and direct content including eBooks, reports, white papers, blogs, videos, etc. with the goal of education and awareness for the target audience.
- Manage the multi-award-winning podcast,CFO Weekly, to increase brand awareness and build industry relationships.
- Help analyze advertising, social media and lead generation results, holding responsibility for all metrics and reporting.
- Plan, attend and manage corporate events for top, C-level executives in U.S. markets.
- Develop an actionable strategy for full marketing and communications plans, manage all marketing execution and serve as the leader of an effective and dynamic team.
- Direct high-performing content, SEO, SEM, branding, collateral, sales enablement and PR strategies with the goal of continuous growth and increasing market share.
Qualifications/Skills
- Understanding of the latest trends in digital communications & advertising
- 7+ Years of Marketing Communications Leadership experience, preferably B2B
- Demonstrated ability as a leader of high-performing teams
- Positive attitude – “the glass is half-full” mindset
- Decisive, confident, action-oriented and fun to work with
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Talented writer and editor with a creative style
- Previous experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
