The Creative Account Director will be a leader at CROSBY, overseeing the creative team and executing on the creative vision for every project. This person will work closely with the Founder, acting as their right hand, and leading research and execution on special business initiatives. Additionally, they’ll serve as the Project Manager on all projects, managing client relationships and working to create a deep understanding of client business goals and objectives, and brand and business strategy. This person will ensure CROSBY delivers best-in-class creative work and maintain enduring client relationships that extend beyond one isolated engagement.

Details

• Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000 with flexibility pending candidate experience
• Full-time role with benefits

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with branding and website projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as Account Lead and Project Manager on all agency projects from kick-off to delivery, guiding client through deliverable process and managing CROSBY team

• Protect clients’ strategy, creative, and execution with rigorous attention to timeline adherence, quality assurance, and overall client health

• Build proposals, contracts, timelines, and budgets for client projects
• Have a thorough understanding of CROSBY’s processes and the general workflow of branding, packaging, website, and digital design projects

• Manage freelance network and lead project resourcing, staffing each project with freelance talent by skill set and interviewing new prospective freelancers

• Maintain an intimate knowledge of CROSBY’s past work and curate lists of sample work to share with clients as needed

• Lead all internal CROSBY marketing initiatives including social media, newsletters, and press submissions

• Work closely with Founder on special initiatives

• Assist with research as it pertains to new projects as needed
