Director Inside Sales Call Center

SUMMARY:

The Director of Inside Sales Call Center is responsible for selling and maintaining sound relations with Motion's customers by providing services before, during, and after a transaction, as well as operations of the call center. This role oversees and maintains customer information databases; sells, provides product and service information and processing customer transactions. The Director of Inside Sales Call Center maintains customer relationships, resolves customer inquiries by working with other organizational units and oversees call center operations and training. This role is responsible for leadership of the inside sales function as well as the call center.

JOB DUTIES

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Oversees operations within call center, including phone support, email/chat support, telesales, order entry, collections, etc.
• Assists in Sales Excellence by managing Leads, Prospects, Small Accounts, and the integration of a new CRM for Motion Industries.
• Directs the day-to-day execution for Motion Industries’ inside sales organization.
• Responsible for a team of Managers, who oversee day-to-day execution of individual inside sales representatives.
• Ensures that Motion’s company's policies and expectations are met regarding customer service delivery.
• Creates and delivers policies and practices for customer relationship management, issue resolution, product support services, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and ten (10) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

• Solid track record of building and developing highly effective sales talent.
• Strong influencing and communications skills at all levels of the organization.
