Job Description

Summary:

As the Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Your expertise in digital marketing strategies and technologies will be essential in identifying opportunities, analyzing trends, and executing effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Continuously test and optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance performance and achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Enhance the company's online presence through effective SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and content marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into the marketing strategy when appropriate.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools for the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Lead the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve high-performance results.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through various digital channels while maintaining a consistent brand message.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, content, design, and analytics, to create integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations in all digital marketing activities.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company's overall marketing and business goals.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Expected to know the numbers.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
  • Track record of effective vendor management.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry updates.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in changing and/or challenging situations.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many tasks at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a telecommunication environment a plus.
  • At least 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.

Computer Skills:

MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and our CRM software (HubSpot).

  • Salary range in Denver, CO is $118,815.30to $196,045.25 plus bonus depending on experience.
