Director, Corporate Information Technology

Centric Software is looking for a Corporate Information Technology Director to support the strategic direction of the company, drive operational delivery and help raise the service quality to 750+ global employees. The successful candidate will lead a global team of talented IT engineers who are passionate about our product and seek to deliver the best experience to our employees.
This position will report to the EVP of Products & CISO and based out of our Campbell, California HQ. Location can also be a discussion point for the right candidate.
What You Will Be Doing

• Continuous Improvement - Driven to lead self, clients, and teams with an appetite to lead modern digital trends and cutting-edge technologies
• Manage budget, resourcing, and strategic expenditures to ensure delivery of effective, efficient, and predictable operations
• Cloud Engineering SME with ultimate ownership of all private and public cloud-based hosting solutions
• Improve and maintain cloud engineering best practices and guidelines
• Provide strong leadership and mentoring including professional and personal development for team members

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, server architecture, and storage systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring resources
• 10+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on global IT operations.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including recruiting, training, and mentoring staff.
• Hands-on experience in owning and operating 24x7 with resiliency and scale
• Lead the selection and implementation of new technologies and systems that improve our operational efficiency and support our growth objectives.
• Work with external partners, including vendors, consultants, and service providers, to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Expert understanding of modern application and database technologies
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures that ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and staff, to ensure IT aligns with the overall business strategy.
• 5+ years managing, mentoring, motivating, and growing a goal-driven delivery team.
• Solid working experience with Unix/Linux Server, Databases (RDBMS, SQL and NoSQL), Search, Containerization and Orchestration technologies

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns.
• Experience managing a geographically diverse workforce
• Familiarity with the latest technological trends and developments.
• Exposure to gaining and maintaining operational and cybersecurity certifications / attestations (SOC 2, ISO27001, etc.)
• Strong understanding of any programming language
• Experience with Hybrid and Multi-cloud environment - AWS, GCP and Microsoft Azure

Company Overview: Our company is a global software company with headquarters in Northern California. We have over 750 employees located in various countries worldwide. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000 - $215,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
