Digital Product Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Remote

Designs Solutions:

• Ensure current system capabilities are maximized to meet line of business objectives
• Make recommendations to ensure the product functions within the risk tolerance set forth by the Product Owner
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Research industry trends and recommend innovative improvement concepts
• Collaborate with key business leaders, primarily the Product Owner, Operations, IT and Vendors, to align the product roadmap to strategic goals

Implement solutions:

• Serve as the line of business coordinator for software releases, enhancements, and integrations
• Work with business partners to ensure front office and operational procedures and workflows are designed for efficiency and positive customer interaction
• Maintain UAT test accounts and coordinate line of business UAT testing

Maintain solutions:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, focused on customer experience, efficiency, and quality: review the business needs, refine priorities, and identify risks and opportunities
• Develop quality reporting
• Serve as a line of business leader for issue resolution
• Complete process improvement and workflow management activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the capabilities and process flows associated with key systems and applications.

• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in retail banking, digital product management, project management, process improvement, and developing procedures
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred

SCHEDULE

Standard hours will be Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. This position is 100% remote.
