Looking for Functional Business Analyst with some product management background and strong communication skills.

This is W2 opportunity with possibility of converting full time. Looking for candidates who can work on W2 and can convert full time without sponsorship.

Typical activities for this role may include but is not limited to the following:

• Serve as primary point of contact for setting and prioritizing the portfolio of Infrastructure applications and service backlogs.
• Facilitate and leads the decision making for any system enhancements, system integrations, policy, services, or process interpretation, identifies issues, assesses impacts, and proactively recommends solutions.
• Coordinates efforts between the application owners, scrum teams working on applications, and leadership, to implement the directorate’s business application and software strategic plan.
• Analyze and document business application requirements (features) in collaboration with application owners.

Required Skills:

• Experience with objectively prioritizing competing initiatives.
• Experience with service management and delivery, including KPI’s and SLA’s, preferred.
• Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into Features and Epics.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science or related technical field.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and staff in both research and development and operations divisions/directorates.
• Minimum 5 years working as a Product Owner/Business Analyst using Agile methodologies.
