The Digital Marketing Analytics Intern will support Tarte.com’s digital data team. The intern will be responsible for building out additional reporting and alerting capabilities to fuel the growth of Tarte’s e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate the trends and recommendations for further optimizing the site performance and tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend new ways to increase efficiency
• Clean and manipulate datasets
• Develop an understanding of digital marketing data to provide additional analytics support to key business stakeholders
• Participate in projects that harmonize digital data per various channels (email, acquisition, search, etc.)
• Other data analysis responsibilities will be on as-needed basis

Requirements:

• Experience with web development languages (i.e. JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is preferred
• Exposure to data reporting tools (Looker Studio)
• Exposure to web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Undergraduate or Graduate student in quantitative fields (Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, etc.). Strong GPA preferred
• Attention to detail, especially the accuracy of the analysis results
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
