Analytics Intern, Richemont, Olympic Tower

Primary Duties:

You will work closely with the Analytics Manager, IT Team, and Business Stakeholders to identify key metrics and capture business logic required to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Driven by innovation, you will deliver key features to extend the capabilities of our tools. You will work closely with Regional Functions to understand the business needs and solve challenging problems. Looking for excellence, you will become an expert in the inner workings on our data visualization tool. In addition you will be responsible for all stages of workflow software implementation including requirements specifications, design, configuration, and testing.

Key Responsibility 1: Data Visualization

• Design new Business Dashboards
• Define new Business KPI with users
• Create technical design/specification documentation
• Provide ongoing support to users and training materials

Key Responsibility 2: Workflow & Digitization

• Test and measure workflow efficiencies
• Design new workflow, digitalize and automate manual processes
• Collaborate with the support functions to understand current business processes
• Replace current business processes and habits with new workflows

JOB PROFILE

Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited university/ college program at the time of application.

Required Experience: Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Technical Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Power APP a big plus
• Clear and logical thinker with outstanding numeric ability

Personal Skills:

• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
• Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
