Digital Campaign Manager - Remote | Hybrid

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our dynamic and innovative Digital Strategy team and help us improve coordination and increase capacity for our digital marketing campaigns. As part of our larger Digital team, you will be instrumental in defining and executing digital strategies for a group of clients and working closely with our Senior Digital Strategist to ensure campaigns are planned, setup, and executed to the highest degree of accuracy and success possible.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the formulation and planning of digital marketing and fundraising campaigns across email, web, social, SEM, and other paid digital media. You will also be a key liaison between internal teams and the client to ensure successful campaign communication and collaboration.
We are looking for a passionate and highly organized individual who has experience implementing digital campaigns across email, web, SEM, display, or social channels. You must have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as solid understanding and experience with campaign setup in email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Emma, Constant Contact, or Active Campaign.
Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with our Digital Strategy, Digital Media, Digital Operations, Creative, Client Services, Project Management, and Data & Analytics teams will be key to your success in this role. You should also have experience producing digital campaign reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with using and/or troubleshooting utm parameters, GTM for tag and/or pixel placement, and setting up conversion events.
Ideally, you should be interested in staying current with digital trends and technology, and have strong excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup) to manipulate multiple data sets for analysis. Experience in a performance media or agency setting, a passion for nonprofit causes, and an aptitude for learning and adopting new technology are all highly desirable.
This position is remote, hybrid, or working in office (employee's choice), and we are based in Warrendale, PA. Minor travel for training or meetings may be required.
