What You'll Do
As our Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and organizational support to our Case Review Team, specifically the Review Clerk team, in all projects and activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Director of Operations and the team with administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, scheduling appointments and conferences, and ordering supplies.
Handling correspondence for the Director of Operations, including drafting responses and coordinating with various departments to address issues promptly.
Maintaining confidential and up-to-date contract and correspondence files.
Assisting in meeting preparation and coordinating local and corporate proposals or strategic meetings.
Serving as a liaison with corporate support staff and managing administrative functions related to human resources, finance, and facilities.
Coordinating procurement of goods and services for the office.
Managing mailroom activities and acting as the primary contact person for facilities issues.
What You'll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
High School graduate or GED; an Associates degree from a business or secretarial school is desirable.
Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications and experience with an inbox system.
The ability to interact with personnel at various levels, both clinical and non-clinical.
At least 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
