Requirements

Reporting in Global Performance Marketing Manager

• Track and measure the impact of on-site enhancements and tests in a commercially robust way to define the incrementality of new initiatives through tools such as GA4, Content Square and Qubit
• Working in conjunction with the central BI Analytics team to combine on-site, in-store, customer and product data today using tools such as Big Query, Alteryx and Snowflake, in order to generate a richer source of customer insight
• Being the super user of GA4 to ensure the correct setup, tracking and tagging techniques are being used in order to maximise the latest version of our analytics package
• Develop automated daily, weekly and monthly reporting and dashboards for the digital marketing, trading and optimisation teams
• Managing a workflow of insight requests from the digital leadership team and other senior managers in order to deliver
• Working with our CRM and Loyalty team to track and measure the impact of loyalty initiatives on customer behaviour and in particular repeat purchase rates and LTV

Key Skills and Experience:

• Building strong working relationships with internal teams whilst working in a remote role
• Excellent attention to detail
• You will be working often with our wholesale partners in Mexico, Spanish speakers preferred but not essential
• Excellent understanding of GA360, Big Query, Data Studio, Alteryx and Tableau (or equivalent platforms)
• Excellent communication skills at multiple levels of a business
• Excellent skills in mathematics
• Naturally inquisitive mind with a drive to understand performance and behaviour in order to improve commercial performance or customer experience
• Able to manage high-workload projects and plan your time effectively in order to deliver high quality outputs in a fast paced retail environment
• Able to manage large complex data sets and draw actionable insights that are delivered with clarity and confidence
