Norstella’s solutions empower pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device stakeholders to identify unmet clinical needs, construct clinical trials with informed endpoints that support downstream reimbursement decisions, identify eligible patients for clinical trials and support healthcare provider education to quickly answer key healthcare questions. Skipta is the leading social network of specialized online medical communities for licensed health care professionals.


Skipta is seeking a Digital Content Manager who will develop and implement digital assets across Skipta social media communities for healthcare professionals in the life sciences industry. The Digital Content Manager is responsible for the timely execution of assigned program tasks and cross-team technical account support. The Digital Content Manager will work remotely within North America.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct regular quality checks on digital content and site functionalities, including auditing
  • Work cross-functionally with Skipta account management, technology, creative, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery of all client program launches on time
  • Raise hand for special projects deemed necessary to advance our business
  • Serve as operations point-of-contact for developing, refining, and troubleshooting all on-site assets
  • Content management of client program assets within Skipta social media communities, throughout their lifecycle, including set-up, development, QA, launch & completion
  • Develop comprehensive, easy to follow workflows that document and support successful operations
  • Develop, edit, and format digital content within DRUPAL CMS using HTML and CSS
  • Partner with technology and content creative teams to develop and implement new products, adapt current product features to meet client needs, and help to enhance UX/UI on existing products
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Implement new social media community features/assets that help improve customer experience
  • Contribute to web strategies that enhance user engagement and mitigate risk
  • Provide training on new products and features as needed to internal teams


Requirements


  • 3-5 years of experience working in Content Management, Web Development, Digital Marketing Operations, Digital Media Advertising, or related fields
  • Must have experience working in CMS (Drupal a plus); Foundational knowledge of UX/UI
  • Well versed in front-end development technologies such as HTML and CSS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management
  • Readiness to innovate and take on new tasks based on evolving business and client needs
  • Ability to work autonomously and responsively in a remote environment
  • Ability to resolve issues in timely and collaborative manner
  • Enthusiasm for continuous training and personal development
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills – must be highly collaborative
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience (i.e., Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) a plus
  • Aptitude for creative and strategic problem-solving and a keen eye for details
  • Proficient in project management and workflow platforms, Jira & AirTable a plus
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, track progress, resolve issues, and see tasks to completion

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
