About The Role

Peloton is looking for an SEO Reporting Analyst to join our Demand Generation & Growth team! Reporting to the Director, SEO, you will be responsible for informing our tactical SEO team in an effort to unlock several areas of opportunity - editorial content strategy to scale & increase content relevance, best practice technical SEO recommendations, increase non-brand organic traffic to Peloton domains & directly impact key business objectives related to driving more consideration & purchase intent.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Monitor and report back results of optimizations, documenting our wins and learnings to the SEO Center of Excellence.
• Keep abreast of latest SEO news, trends research, algorithm updates, and competitor analysis and continually suggest improvements on business strategy.
• Identify innovative SEO opportunities for building consumer trust and overall website experience.
• Proactively identify technical SEO risks and opportunities to bring to the larger SEO team.
• Analyze and report on SEO performance to SEO team leadership.
• Own overall SEO repoting in collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders. Ensure that we’re leaving no stone unturned to find opporunities for growth and optimization.

What You Bring To Peloton

• Ability to dive deep and find optimizations that will make an impact.
• Experience with enterprise SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush, Botify, Deepcrawl, Screaming Frog, etc).
• 2+ years SEO analysis experience.
• Understanding of SEO, including content, interlinking, on-page optimization, technical, traffic and ranking impact, off-page practices, and current industry trends.
• Deep experience with web analytics, GA4, Bing, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity, and Segments.

Base Salary: $81,800.00 to $106,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
