REMOTE OPPORTUNITY


This role is eligible for remote work. FRONTSTEPS is authorized to do business in AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, NC, OR, TX, SC, and WA. If you are not located in or able to work from a state where FRONTSTEPS is registered, we will not be able to consider you for this position.


Position Overview


The Solution Delivery Specialist is responsible for coordinating new product installations across the suite of products with focus on FRONTSTEPS Community and Payments. Working with multiple teams, functions, and customers, this critical role will ensure timelines of deliverables are completed on time and within scope.


Essential Functions


  • Consult with clients throughout implementation to ensure software is configured to meet their technical requirements
  • Ensure teams are on task and deadlines are met
  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects from beginning to end
  • Manage conflicts and ensure problems are solved before the quality of the project is compromised
  • Provide reporting and status updates on projects
  • Ability to implement products through coordination of resources and collaboration with multiple teams
  • Report on key metrics, analyze and develop new processes that drive efficiencies and revenue
  • Assess the client’s exact needs and create a plan to deliver
  • Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Adaptable to change
  • Knowledge of FRONTSTEPS suite of products a plus
  • Salesforce Knowledge preferred but not required
  • Communication proficiency
  • Ability to balance shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Time management
  • Technical aptitude
  • Effective planning and prioritizing
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Strong investigative and problem‐solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of HOA/Community Management, Preferred
  • 3+ years in a SaaS implementation environment with a strong focus on Implementation

This position may be based remotely and pays $20.19 - $26.45 per hour.
