Job Description

As a Coldcart Operations & Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Coldcart clients & suppliers throughout the relationship lifecycle. You will play a vital role in: identifying potential areas for improvement and optimization, resolving issues in a timely fashion, communicating proactively, and providing a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with internal & external parties for information gathering purposes
  • Create and maintain SOPs for all Operations-related functions to document and track order fulfillment processes, shipping SLAs, client & supplier requirements and expectations, and more
  • Understand each step of the client fulfillment process from order creation through delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with Coldcart suppliers and necessary stakeholders to oversee the successful outcome of client requests
  • Communicate with Clients on a regular basis, including recurring meetings, QBRs, and occasional in-person visits
  • Support clients throughout onboarding and day-to-day functions
  • Reply to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with Head of Strategic Partnerships to:

-- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in Coldcart's Operations

-- Provide insight into operational bottlenecks and/or areas of potential service failure to implement process

changes, as needed

-- Automate continuous improvement initiatives with Technology support, as needed

-- Address & escalate supplier (fulfillment & carrier partner) compliance issues and service failures

Qualifications and Skills:

Need to have/be:

  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges
  • A sense of urgency and a high standard of quality
  • Adapatable & capable of collaborating with internal & external stakeholders (aka a "team player")
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work East Coast hours (+ willingness to work occasional early mornings)
  • Understanding of Logistics/Supply chain, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping fundamentals
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, ideally in a client-facing role

Nice to have:

  • Intermediate+ Microsoft Offce skills (including Outlook & Excel)
  • ECommerce experience and/or understanding
  • Experience with small parcel and/or truckload shipping
