Data Management Analyst (Hr)

Responsibilities:

• Participating as a Subject Matter Expert in process improvement and tool implementation efforts
• Maintaining resource data to ensure financial and operational accuracy
• Supporting project and resource plans to help track against milestones and goals
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with the ability to create data models using Microsoft Excel as well as experience creating Processes Documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Microsoft Word.
• Team player with a continuous improvement mindset, and excellent time management skills
• Desire to grow as a professional, with extremely high attention to detail, and ability to follow through
• Creating reports to support strategic decision making
• Partnering with Business Management, HR, and Finance to support resource-based decisions
• Data and accuracy driven mindset.
• Self-starter with the intellectual curiosity and drive who can proactively identify and prevent potential problems in an ambiguous environment
• Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum Years of Experience: One (1) year of analyst experience
• Education: bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• Medium to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS)
