You’re reading this because we need people like you to enter our Intrapreneur Internship program. If you’re wondering what an “Intrapreneur” is, it is a person who embraces their entrepreneurial spirit and wants to forge their professional destiny within the framework of our organization. Being an Intrapreneur Intern means you’ll have the opportunity to partner with other students on experimental projects as you also prepare to enter the workforce.

Our Internships offer exposure to the Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Management fields. We’ll be there to help you develop both technical and professional skills so that you’re ready to take on the real-world challenges of the business world.

Our program is designed to help you learn where your strengths are by letting you take a test drive within different areas of our business. This allows you to make smart decisions as you decide what direction you want to take in your career.

That means doing things like:

• Learning how we’ve been successful in acquiring clients and building operational excellence by immersing yourself in our processes and knowledge.
• Building those critical social skills by getting involved in a team-based project and working with key leaders at The Ōnin Group.
• Using high-level access to each department at The Ōnin Group to build relationships with people in key functional and technical groups.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Personal values that align with Ōnin’s Core Values (Integrity, Service, Innovation, & Performance)

Major/Concentration

Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Computer Sciences, Human Resources, Finance, or other related business majors.

Schedule

The Ōnin Intraprenuer Internship program is a 9-week program from May 29th - July 27th. Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am -4 pm.
