Jr. Data Entry Assistant / Part-Time (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team in the financial services industry. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our systems. Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information
• Update existing records with new information as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in finance or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative role preferred but not required (entry-level candidates are welcome)

Pay Rate: $25-$45 per hour (commensurate with experience)
