Overview Implementation and Customer Success Specialists are responsible for ensuring that customers are able to successfully use and benefit from the products and services they have purchased. They provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers throughout the implementation process and beyond. They also work to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing ongoing support and assistance. Detailed Job Description Implementation and Customer Success Specialists are responsible for managing the implementation process for customers. This includes providing technical support, training, and guidance to customers throughout the implementation process. They must ensure that customers are able to successfully use and benefit from the products and services they have purchased. They must also work to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing ongoing support and assistance. Implementation and Customer Success Specialists must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to effectively explain technical concepts to customers and provide guidance and support. They must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
