Excellent communication skills (e.g. public speaking, meeting facilitation and presentations);

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; and

Thorough understanding of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements

Location: Remote - customer on EST

Length of contract: approximately 12 months

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Nursing or comparable, relevant work experience.

Preferred but not required certification in Epic.

Preferred but not required PMP Certification.

Experience advising and coaching team members by providing guidance on project issues, key success factors of the project, and lessons learned.

Experience managing the project from an organizational perspective while attending to detailed tasks.

Provides an additional level of coordination and communication, overseeing implementation for applications, application areas, or specialized teams.

Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle Module Highly Preferred

Experience with integration technologies (HL7, FHIR etc)

At least 5 years of experience in Epic Revenue Cycle and Access workflows, project management, and application configuration

Experience serving in a team lead, project management, or supervisory position on an Epic team
