Based in Los Angeles and launched in June of 2021 by founders Josh Leyva and Tyler McCann, the business has experienced rapid growth in just 2 short years.


We are looking for a world-class hire to join our team and help us continue disrupting the wellness industry and hydrating people in need around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to join our rapidly growing start-up and work directly with the founders.

The Role

Here at Taste Salud, we think of customer experience as delivering a brand experience that exemplifies our values and drives brand loyalty. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. You will act as a point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. You will work closely with our Operations and Marketing teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.


Responsibilities:

● With the utmost professionalism, represent a growing brand committed to providing high-quality wellness products

● Understand all business systems, processes, and technology used to effectively communicate with the customer and various teams within the organization

● Provide an outstanding customer experience via multiple service channels (email, chat, social channels)

● Convey energy, excitement, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for the brand's mission and values

● Communicate with genuine empathy

● Understand customer needs and confidently find solutions to issues

● Meet or exceed performance and program metrics

● Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues that arise

● Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience

● Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends to effectively assist customers

● Assist with order management, including processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchange

● Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems to track trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to the management team.


Requirements:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

● Passion for customer advocacy and driving customer satisfaction

● Familiarity with customer service software, such as Gorgias, Shopify, or similar tools

● Passion for health, wellness, and an understanding of the importance of proper hydration.

● Located in MDT or CST time zones preferred
