Overview Customer Advocate I is a customer service role that involves providing support to customers and helping them with their inquiries. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues. The Customer Advocate I is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support. Detailed Job Description The Customer Advocate I is responsible for providing customer support and responding to customer inquiries.
