Job Description
What You Will Be Doing


As a member of our customer service team, you will provide our loyal and new customers with amazing service as you work with them through the process to access the financial products they need.


In Addition, You Will


  • Participate in ongoing trainings to stay up to date on our products and processes
  • Check cashing transactions after following verification procedures
  • Be a proud brand ambassador
  • Communicate effectively with customers providing excellent customer service
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and customer confidentiality requirements
  • Create a positive, respectful environment among peers, superiors, and customers
  • Work with customers to find the best financial solutions to fit their needs
  • Verify customer information and process loans


What You Should Have


  • 6 months of cash handling experience will be an asset
  • 6 months of customer service experience will be an asset
  • You should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
