We are looking for an Associate Category Manager for Licensing, who is an agile teammate to join us in bringing consumer-first product to the evolving global marketplace.

Our Clogs are how Crocs was born and are a critical driver of our business! You will be working on our licensing operations

In this role, you will support execution of the global licensing line plan. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. You will use effective communication & organizational skills to support the product creation process.

What You'll Do

• Own packaging development process, working closely with licensors and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful execution of packaging.
• Support seasonal milestone meetings, sample management, and team projects as needed.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential licensing opportunities for the company.
• Assisting in the management of licensee product approvals and licensee compliance with contractual requirements.
• Learn individual licensor compliance requirements for product testing, factory agreements/audits, and contractual samples to accurately close out product submissions in a timely manner.
• Handling the licensing portfolio and ensuring that all licensed products align with partner regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, legal, marketing, and finance to ensure that licensed products meet brand standards and financial goals

What You Bring To The Table

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed. You can communicate clearly with partners, internal collaborators, and management.
• Experience in licensing is vital. Experience with footwear or consumer goods is a bonus.
• Familiarity with the industry and market trends is beneficial. The associate licensing manager should stay well read on industry news, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new licensing opportunities.
• Ability to balance needs and requests for multiple partners/team members at one time.
• Strong analytical skills are vital to evaluate potential licensing business and analyze licensing agreements You must have an actioned-oriented approach to data
• Attention to detail is vital
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail and deadlines (timelines are important).
• 2+ years professional experience
• Up to date on the latest news in pop culture & content (film, TV, music) is a PLUS.
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is important. This person should be able to adjust quickly to new situations and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
• Creative, out of the box thinking to challenge the status quo

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
