The FP&A Manager Distribution and Logistics provides financial planning, process improvement and project based analysis for the management team at HEYDUDE and Crocs Inc. This individual will support a spectrum of business activities from independently driving process improvement to leading monthly and quarterly forecasts and reporting to detailed variance analyses for the HEYDUDE brand.

What You'll Do

• Manage financial reporting with multiple 3PL providers across different channels of the business
• Mentor and support one Senior Financial Analyst
• Assist in creation of capital expenditure tracking, forecasting and reporting for large scale projects
• Manage budgeting processes including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and interim outlooks
• Establish strong, collaborative working relationships with various teams in order to understand the day-to-day operations of the distribution center
• Gather information across multiple systems with potentially ambiguous data to drive actionable insights
• Build detailed financial models used for planning of DC expenses which provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership
• Generate materials for senior leadership and the board of directors
• Partner with the accounting team to create and support processes which simplify and increase the accuracy of monthly and quarterly close
• Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of HEYDUDE D&L performance including comparison to budget, forecasts, and prior year

What You Bring To The Table

• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• 7+ years of related work experience
• Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting, MBA a plus
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Prior experience with SAP, SAP BPC, and Microsoft Power BI
