Sneakers Associate Category Manager Jobs

Works with Category Management to ensure execution of marketing programs through:

Gas Station/convenience Store Experience Preferred

Drive category strategy (including pricing, inventory, promotions, site experience)

Drive eBay event planning with Marketing Campaign Manager and Planning function

Broad functional skillset with proven success in multidisciplinary leadership including marketing, product, operations and P&L leadership

Excellent decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives

Previous Category Management, Insights, Analytics, or other relevant experience within the consumer packaged goods industry

Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact confidently and effectively with team members, management and customers.

2. Successfully negotiate licensing agreements from initial proposal through execution

Monitor Ad compliance and advise management of any issues/solutions.

With guidance from the Category Director/Manager, assist with negotiations of markdown money, returns, etc. with vendors.

Set POG for Category Director/Manager approval.

Partner with Category Director/Manager and Replenishment Planner on inventory levels.

Working knowledge of retail math (i.e. calculating margin)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Data Analytics, related field or equivalent experience

CMA (Category Management Association) certification a plus
