About The Role


We have a great opportunity for a Product Manager to join our talented team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing turn-key projects with a “hands on” approach to ensure on-time delivery, under budget expenses and customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities


  • Report on and meet project budgets.
  • Management of and actively involved in the development through to completion of a Project.
  • Provide machine specification and cost estimations to the Sales Team, including sourcing and pricing additional non-standard equipment and reviewing all sales quotes for accuracy prior to quote release and before ordering.
  • Responsible for ensuring all project plans are established, maintained and updated to all involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Customer Service & Logistics to ensure knowledge sharing, equipment and performance objectives are attainable and met for each project.
  • Actively work with the Sales and Technical Support Teams, sharing knowledge and experience across all facets of the project
  • Manage costs, schedule, documentation, quality, start-up/commissioning and training elements of each project you are assigned.
  • Liaise with Technical Support to ensure all aspects of installation are covered including layouts, contract amendments, changes to job specification, etc.
  • Responsible for all equipment orders, follow up and communication to all parties in relation to installations.
  • Inventory Value is within target limits.
  • Generate layouts to assist in sales presentations, including ensuring system designs are configured to tna standards accurately and within set timeframes.


Qualification and Experience


  • Ensures a collaborative approach and is able to seek and listen to feedback across all areas of the business.
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline is highly considered, but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project management environment
  • Sound knowledge using AutoCAD and MS Project is essential.

  • Able to use project management tools to track milestones and outcomes.
