What you’ll do:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in North Richland Hills, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. The Project Manager will be pivotal in driving project success from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project resources by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring team performance
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize negative impact on project outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
• Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and expectations to team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively address any deviations from the project plan
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encourage open communication, and resolve conflicts as needed
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Ensure quality control and manage scope changes, seeking approvals when required
• Prepare regular status reports, presentations, and documentation for project updates and reviews

What you bring:

• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) of demonstrated project management experience, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; PMP certification is a strong asset
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose innovative solutions
• Employment contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug test
